Parmesan
Crusted Tilapia
Ingredients:
4
(4 oz) tilapia filets
2/3
c. parmesan cheese
1
T. chopped fresh parsley
2
tsp. paprika
1
lemon (cut into wedges)
Directions:
1.
Heat oven to 400.
2.
In a shallow dish, combine the cheese,
paprika and parsley. Moisten fish slightly with water or cooking spray then
dredge in cheese mixture.
3.
Place on foil lined baking sheet and
bake until fish is opaque, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
Yields
4 pieces – WWP+ 3 per filet
